1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product meets the following conditions:

Customers may request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving the order.

3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery.

5. Refund Process

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if eligible.
