At Weario.in, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The return request is raised within the specified return timeframe

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@weario.in with your order number and reason for return.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges can be requested for size or color issues

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or videos of the issue

  • Packaging images (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval 

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects

  • Innerwear, socks, or personal-use items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by Weario.in

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if eligible.
